Ticket Refund & Re-Listing Policy
Last Updated: 13/02/2026
This policy explains how ticket refunds work on Crowdify, including how to re-list or privately share a ticket if you can’t attend.
1
Tickets Are Non-Refundable (But Don’t Stress 💛)
All tickets on Crowdify are non-refundable once purchased. This helps organisers plan their events with confidence and keep things fair for everyone.
2
Can’t Make It Anymore? No Problem.
Plans change — we get it! If you can’t attend, you can list your ticket back on Crowdify so it can be picked up by another attendee. You don’t need to organise anything yourself — Crowdify handles the ticket transfer securely.
3
Want to Pass Your Ticket to a Friend? Easy.
If you already know someone who wants your ticket, you can privately list the ticket on Crowdify and share it directly with them. This keeps everything official and secure, while still letting you pass the ticket on to someone you trust.
4
How You Get Your Money Back
Once your ticket is successfully picked up by a new attendee through Crowdify — whether publicly or privately: - The new attendee receives the ticket - You receive a refund of the original ticket price (minus any applicable fees) All payments and transfers happen safely within the platform.
5
Keep It on Crowdify
To protect everyone involved: - Tickets can only be listed, transferred, or passed on through Crowdify - Tickets can’t be sold or shared outside the platform This helps prevent scams, duplicate tickets, and unauthorised access.
6
A Quick Heads-Up
Listing a ticket doesn’t guarantee it will be picked up. Refunds are only issued once the ticket has been successfully transferred to another attendee.
7
If an Event Is Cancelled
If an organiser cancels an event, refunds will be handled in line with their cancellation policy and applicable consumer laws.
